Aqui esta uma bela região do recôncavo baiano, próximo a Santo Amaro da Purificação, distante uma hora de carro de Salvador, mais exatamente num Resort localizado na praia do Acupe. A região litorânea do entorno da Baía de Todos os Santos é marcada pelo contraste de suas belezas naturais e da degradação ambiental, provocada principalmente pela atividade predatório da pesca com "bomba" e do acúmulo dos diversos resíduos sólidos e líquidos, oriundo das atividades industriais e humanas da região (lembram da "Maré Vermelha?"). Boa parte desse acúmulo, se deve pelo excesso de lixo descartado no mar pelas cidades circunvizinhas e pela capital, Salvador, que é levado pelas correntes marítimas da Baía e se depositam nas praias. Neste cenário, eu e o Rafa (meu filho, 7), aproveitamos para dedicar um pouco do tempo de lazer para realizarmos uma pequena atividade de educação ambiental.
